1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are digital and/or subscription-based. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:
The service was not delivered as promised
You have been charged mistakenly or multiple times
You cancel a subscription before the service begins
Note: Partial use of service may void refund eligibility.

Registered mobile number
Reason for refund
Business Name

4. Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an upcoming service or subscription from your account dashboard.
Cancellations made after service activation may not be eligible for a refund.
