CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all services offered through https://1qlik.com/, a brand owned and operated by NEED PAC, a legally registered entity under applicable Indian laws.

All billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and contractual obligations are executed under the registered entity name NEED PAC.

By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Activation & Setup Fee (If Applicable)

If a one-time activation or setup fee is charged, such fee becomes strictly non-refundable immediately upon successful activation.

Service activation shall be deemed complete once any of the following occur:

4. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions operate on recurring billing. By subscribing, users authorize recurring auto-debit in accordance with RBI e-mandate regulations.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after billing has been processed, the amount charged for that billing cycle remains strictly non-refundable.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are prepaid for a 12-month period. Once activated, annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

No partial, unused-period, or pro-rata refund shall be provided.

5. No Pro-Rata Refund Policy

NEED PAC / 1qlik does not provide:

Processing delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, or RBI settlement cycles are beyond the control of NEED PAC.

9. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time:

Cancellation only prevents future billing. All previously charged amounts remain strictly non-refundable.

Feature upgrades, layout redesigns, product module additions, or system improvements shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of account access or permanent termination of services.

NEED PAC maintains transaction logs, activation timestamps, access logs, IP records, and usage metadata as valid proof of service delivery.
